Martyn  Hill

Martyn has a Business Degree with Honours from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom and since graduating has worked within the defence and security events industry for 14 years with extensive knowledge of the European, Asian and U.S. markets. During these years he has built up global strategic partnerships with government departments, agencies and NGOs.

Over the past 14 years working in the defence and security industry he has built up an understanding of the following sectors through research and collaborations; cyber security, counter terrorism, CBRNe, border management, demining and EOD, biometrics, satellite imagery, urban safety, disaster relief, search and rescue and maritime safety.

Since founding Intelligence-Sec, Martyn is also a Board Member and Founder of the International Border Management and Technologies Association (IBMATA) which is committed to the safe and secure movement of people and goods across international borders. In 2020, Martyn became Director of Operations at Italian based Observatory on Security and CBRNe Defence – OSDIFE who are international researchers and specialists in the security field such as CBRNe risks, counter terrorism, cyber security and maritime safety.

Laura Green

Laura has been working in global sales for the past 12 years with vast experience of the European and Asian defence and security markets. Having been Head of Sales at her previous role based in Singapore before Co-Founding Intelligence-Sec in 2012.

Since founding Intelligence-Sec, Laura has grown the company’s presence across global markets with her knowledge of the industry and international marketing strategy. Laura is the Co-Founder and Director of Sales, Marketing and Operations at Intelligence-Sec.

Laura is also a Board Member and Founder of the International Border Management and Technologies Association (IBMATA) which is committed to the safe and secure movement of people and goods across international borders.
